If cheap accommodation in Belize is a priority, and you want to be as close to San Pedro on Ambergris Caye, and you want local atmosphere, Pedro's Inn is well worth some investigating.

Cheap holidays, bargain holidays, with cheap accommodation in what is a small inn, be it in Belize on Ambergris Caye, you are going to get pretty much what you pay for. With this in mind Pedro's  Inn might be a place for young couple who are accustomed to Hostel type accommodation, and not for families with children or some of the more genteel folks.

Having said all that whilst Pedro's Inn would never describe itself in any other terms than cheap accommodation the guests almost without exception are fulsome in their praise.

Pedro's Inn is totally open and honest about its level of luxury, so you don’t go expecting much, and then what you will find far exceeds any expectations you may have.

On offer are cheap rooms with two large single beds, and shared bathroom with personal locker, or four luxury rooms with TV, air conditioning, two twin beds, fan, clean towels every day, and private bathroom, balconies, daily maid service.

The deluxe rooms will then far exceed your expectations, as does Pedro's Inn. This is a great base camp to explore from, and close to everything Ambergris Caye has to offer.
There really is little point in spending a huge amount on accommodation when there is so much to do in Belize and on Ambergris Caye, and with accommodation boasted as the cheapest on Ambergris Caye, starting at USD10 per night, you can’t go far wrong here.

To add to the formula for success because Pedro certainly has a unique line to that, is Pedro’s Pizza  known as the best Pizza in San Pedro, which also has theme nights, and a short walk to great restaurants like El Divino, Monkey Bites, and The Taste of Thailand.

The bar is a class act in itself, and could quite possibly be the best on Ambergris Caye. It is a real evening get together, or watering hole for locals and tourists alike. You can play cards, listen to music, or just chat to one and all whilst discovering the best places to go, the best scuba, the best reef spot, best restaurants, in fact just all the very best of local knowledge. All in all a great place to spend an evening.

Pedro's Inn is slightly out of the way but very convenient for everywhere also boasts a small swimming pool which is great to relax by, and there are free kayaks to use, although the slight drawback is that Pedro's Inn is very definitely not on the beach.

This is very much a huge value for money cheap accommodation, and yet the service, ambience and cleanliness would put vastly more expensive places in Ambergris Caye Belize to shame. Be aware you are close to the airport, and in a road with working  businesses, so it isn’t quiet, but then again if it is local culture you want then Pedro's Inn is the perfect answer.
