Actually described as Corona del Mar Hotel & Apartments with Woody’s Wharf it is well known as one of Ambergris Caye’s most spacious and comfortable hotels. It has twelve rooms, and four apartments, which really are deluxe suites with masses of space.

You have use of the pool at the Belize Yacht Club as well as the use of the pier for swimming, snorkelling and sunbathing. What all this means is that although Changes In Latitudes Bed and Breakfast doesn’t have its own pool you are actually closer to a Pool you can use, and the beach, than you would be if you’d stayed in a large plastic resort, and the Inn has free beach towels to take and use.

An affordable vacation on Ambergris Caye, with rates varying between USD105 to USD180 per night double occupancy sounds about right, but what do you get for your money. The beachfront hotel is called Belizean Shores Resort, and it has a good location on the beach just north of San Pedro, so it’s a fairly short water taxi ride from their shops and restaurants.
The Belizean Shores Resort boasts the best swimming pool and ambience on Ambergris Caye, and is a well established favourite beachfront property with a great reputation for ots fantastic views, and totally relaxed atmosphere. A real getaway type of place.
